I was going first class to Rome then first class to Paris and this app helped me tell the mades in my suite at our hotel what to do and order food.

I like the ability to pick the phrases that I want to practice and randomly touch them to listen for comprehension. The ability to touch an individual word or structure and connect to the definition or grammar hint would be helpful...for instance to understand the double negation in sentences.

Great for English speakers. I like the different speed for accurate learning.

Ive never taken french before and i got this like two months ago and I can speak tons of French! I can have a full conversation and I can count too!:D

Love the Favorites feature. Wish I had that during my last trip to France.

This app is stupid I even bought the full version but its really just vocabulary that I can look up in the dictionary. I dont need a list of words that I can use a dictionary to find, I need phrases and sentences to show me how to use the words... I dont suggest this app.

With this about you can learn what this mean it is awesome I love my sister learned it and shes 5

On the surface this app appears to be well made CBS easy to use. (Just like speak easy). However when you try to use it you immediately run into a pay-wall. I cant look up the word "bear" without purchasing a bundle? Each version Ive tried hasnt found what I need and I cant purchase another bundle for fear that it too wont be a complete dictionary.

I really like this app. It is a little bit pricy for me, although I hardly ever actually buy apps. Its been really great preparing for my trip to France, its only been a few weeks and already Ive learned so much.

Love the app. Could you please add an alphabet section showing how to pronounce ALL letters! Also if favorites could be added to the flashcards!

Certainly a good app for anyone looking to travel to France or Canada because communicating would be easier when looking for directions or going places, etc. I wouldnt suggest this if youre trying to indulge in learning the entire language though, options can become limited.

This app is super easy to use and the voice translation is very clear and easy to understand..

Every time you want to find a word they want you to buy another version. I sank $8.00 into it - still not getting the full dictionary. Save your money and your time.

I got this app to use for numbers because of school and it doesnt provide! Im very disappointed.

The phrases are all useful and logically organized. The womans voice is pleasant and the design is clean with large words and simple pronoun citation guides. The most important app to have in Paris.

Do not buy this app. I found phrases on 4 pages in the back of a travel guide which was much better than this. I was excited about this app when I bought it here in the US. However, in practical usage in France over 3 weeks, I found it to be useless. The phrases are too basic, and not usable in actual conversation. Try to mirror what youd say in a taxi, a hotel, or in a restaurant here, and then imagine the same situation in France and youll see what I mean. E.g. Try ordering a typical breakfast youd order using this app, and you will see what I mean.
